Rockland county sued for failure to comply with Freedom of Information Law.
The camera contract at issue is the county’s deal with BusPatrol for school-bus stop-arm enforcement. The county released it with the financial terms, the revenue split and the administrative fees taken out, calling them trade secrets. Attorney Joseph Aron’s Article 78 petition says the county never showed why any of that qualifies.
