Hochul’s public schedules, 14 months behind

Upon taking office five years ago, Gov. Kathy Hochul promised an unprecedented era of transparency. That hasn’t led to speedier schedule releases in recent years.

The Governor’s public schedules keep arriving long after the fact. According to City & State, her office released nine months of detailed public schedules last week, but they run only through June 2025, which leaves even the newest batch about 14 months out of date. Hundreds of campaign-related events and calls were left out as “private.”
