All government meetings should be livestreamed with recordings posted online afterwards.
Broome County does not post their recordings online after a meeting occurs and they should.
WSKG News has started posting its own audio of the Broome County Legislature’s monthly meetings. The county livestreams, but the stream is gone once the meeting ends, and the official minutes record the votes rather than the discussion that produced them.
