The Coalition was invited to Albany by the Senate Standing Committee on Investigations and Government Operations and the Assembly Standing Committee on Governmental Operations to provide expert testimony on:
“Authorizing Videoconferencing for Meetings Held by the New York State Senate and Assembly Under the Open Meetings Law.”
Our board member, Robyn Gray, did an outstanding job advocating for open government, emphasizing the importance of including the option for remote participation.
