In your opinion, can a government entity providing invoices for attorneys redact the subject of a grievance, termination, or disciplinary issue?
It seems like I could ask for any disciplinary actions by this agency, so why can they redact the subjects of each of these invoices? I know what the attorneys did, but the subject is redacted every time.
My understanding is that until a decision is made regarding the disciplinary action it can be redacted.
