Our hard work of research and reports is paying off, with several new reform bills being introduced in the NY State Legislature.
 
We need a way, besides expensive and time-consuming lawsuits, for the public to enforce their rights under the Open Meetings Law and Freedom of Information Law. 
 
A bill introduced by Assemblymember Linda Rosenthal, if passed, will be a huge improvement, as explained by the news article below.

As an attorney for 32 years, he is a partner in the law firm of Berzer & Wolf. Prior to his private law practice, Paul served in several government positions with the Buffalo Common Council, Buffalo Housing Authority, and Erie County.
